Post-Workout Stretch Session
Personalized coaching. Real results.
Your workout is only part of taking care of your body. McCrayzy Stretch & Recovery Sessions provide dedicated time to focus on flexibility, mobility, muscle tightness, and overall recovery.
Led by William “McCrayzy” McCray, who holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Michigan State University with a pre-med concentration, each session uses guided and assisted stretching techniques tailored to your individual mobility, training demands, and areas of tightness.
Sessions are designed to help you improve flexibility and range of motion, decrease feelings of muscle tightness, move more comfortably, and complement your regular training and recovery routine.
About This Session
Add guided stretching to the end of your workout to transition from training into recovery and give your body the attention it deserves.
